Founder & Principal Consultant
Sana Lall-Trail is an organizational psychologist who helps leaders create workplaces where people thrive. With over six years of experience in employee experience research and consulting, she specializes in translating workforce data into actionable insights for leaders.
She has advised organizations including The Pokémon Company International and CVS, conducted applied research at Culture Amp, a global employee experience platform, and led studies for research firms and academic institutions.
Sana holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a BA from William & Mary. Her work has been published in both academic and applied outlets.
Based in Virginia, she partners with clients nationwide.
